GTA 6 Radio Stations: All Songs, Hosts, Podcasts & On-Foot Music

Rockstar Games has revealed the first six GTA 6 radio stations, confirming a broad mix of Latin music, country, African music, metal, pop and Southern hip-hop for Leonida. The 8 October announcement also introduces two important changes: GTA 6 will feature on-demand podcasts, and players will be able to keep listening while on foot through headphones or earbuds linked to the characters' smartphones.

Rockstar describes this as the biggest and widest-ranging in-game radio selection in Grand Theft Auto history. The six featured stations are not presented as the complete final list, so more channels, hosts and tracks may still be announced before launch. Here is every station, host and preview song confirmed so far.

All six confirmed GTA 6 radio stations

Cocoteo FM

Cocoteo FM is Leonida's modern Latin station, covering bachata, merengue, dembow and reggaeton. It is hosted by El Martillo and La Gata, performed by Bad Bunny and RaiNao. Rockstar's preview features Bad Bunny's “EoO,” the remix of “Si Es Trucho Es Trucho” by Axel Rulay, Farruko and El Alfa, and “Canalla” by Romeo Santos and El Chaval de la Bachata.

Back Country Radio

Back Country Radio supplies what Rockstar calls renegade country across the Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn and beyond. MW and Delta Dawne host the station, with Morgan Wallen and Lana Del Rey among the performers behind those roles. The preview includes David Allan Coe's “Need a Little Time Off for Bad Behavior,” Loretta Lynn's “Don't Come Home A-Drinkin' (With Lovin' on Your Mind)” and “The Conversation” by Hank Williams Jr. and Waylon Jennings.

AfroBank FM

AfroBank FM spans African music from 20th-century classics and lesser-known discoveries to amapiano and 3-step. Burna and Palmsy—performed by Burna Boy and Palms Trax—present the station. Rockstar's sample includes “Joha” by Asake, “Gye Wani” by Pat Thomas featuring Ebo Taylor, and DJ Lag and Robot Boii's “Shay'sana” featuring Kamo Mphela.

The Chamber 106.6

The Chamber 106.6 brings classic metal from the 1980s and beyond to Leonida. Slayer's Kerry King and Tom Araya appear as DJ Kerry and DJ Tom. Its preview goes straight for heavy favourites: Black Sabbath's “I,” Pantera's “I'm Broken” and Slayer's “Raining Blood.”

Flash FM

Flash FM returns as a Vice City institution, this time fronted by Robyn and Alex Consani. The pop-focused preview contains Charli xcx's “Good Ones,” MGMT's “Electric Feel” and “Midnight Sun (Girls Trip)” by Zara Larsson and PinkPantheress. The familiar name links GTA 6's modern Leonida setting to the series' earlier version of Vice City without simply recreating the old station.

Dirty South Classics

Dirty South Classics focuses on regional rap and hip-hop. Trick Daddy and Trina host as Trick and Trina, representing Leonida and the wider South. Preview tracks include David Banner's “Like a Pimp” featuring Lil' Flip, JT Money's “Who Dat” featuring Solé, and DJ Khaled's “Born N Raised” featuring Trick Daddy, Rick Ross and Pitbull.

GTA 6 adds on-demand podcasts

For the first time in the series, GTA 6 will include a selection of on-demand fictional podcasts. Rockstar has not yet published their names, episode counts or subjects, so claims about specific shows should be treated as unconfirmed. Given Grand Theft Auto's history of satirical talk radio, podcasts create another channel for world-building, jokes and commentary that can react to life across Leonida.

On-demand playback also suggests a different structure from a traditional live radio loop. However, Rockstar has not confirmed whether episodes unlock through story progress, update dynamically or can be queued in a dedicated app. Those details remain open.

Music will keep playing when you leave a vehicle

GTA 6's radio and podcasts will not be restricted to cars. Rockstar says players can listen while travelling on foot using newly introduced headphones and earbuds connected to the characters' smartphones. That is a meaningful change from GTA 5, where the normal radio experience is tied to vehicles.

The announcement confirms portable listening but does not explain its controls. There is no official word yet on whether players can build playlists, skip tracks, change stations without opening the phone or continue a broadcast seamlessly when entering and leaving a vehicle.

How the reveal fits GTA 6's wider music plans

The radio stations sit alongside the previously announced Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, which contains original tracks connected to the game. The licensed radio previews and the official album are related parts of GTA 6's music strategy, but they are not the same list. A track appearing on a station preview should not automatically be described as part of the separate album.

Rockstar has also said more information about GTA 6's dynamic score will follow. That score is the responsive background music used around missions and exploration, distinct from songs played by radio stations.

What is confirmed—and what is still unknown

Six stations, their formats, hosts, preview songs, on-demand podcasts and on-foot listening are now official. Rockstar has not confirmed the final station count, the full licensed soundtrack, every podcast, all DJs or whether players can import personal music.

GTA 6 is scheduled for 19 November 2026 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. CODSKINS' recent Jason and Lucia story guide covers the protagonists and Rockstar's approach to realism. Players staying active in Los Santos before launch can also view the GTA Online Megalodon Shark Cash Card for PC.

Rockstar's six previews provide a substantial first listen, but they are best treated as the opening selection rather than the complete GTA 6 soundtrack. CODSKINS will track further confirmed stations, reward promotions and release details through the gaming news and guides hub.
