Three new Genshin Impact Version 7.2 livestream codes are active now, giving players a combined 300 Primogems plus upgrade materials. HoYoverse released the codes alongside the Version 7.2 Special Program on 23 October 2026, and the official deadline is 26 October 2026 at 04:00 UTC. For UK players, that is 4:00am GMT on Monday after the clocks change.
All active Genshin Impact 7.2 livestream codes
These are the three codes published for the Version 7.2 Special Program:
- HourofRuin – 100 Primogems and 10 Mystic Enhancement Ore.
- ExpertMitya – 100 Primogems and 5 Hero’s Wit.
- PhotoTime – 100 Primogems and 50,000 Mora.
Redeeming the complete set gives 300 Primogems, 10 Mystic Enhancement Ore, 5 Hero’s Wit and 50,000 Mora. The codes are case-sensitive, so copying them exactly is the safest option.
When do the Genshin 7.2 codes expire?
HoYoverse states that the codes remain valid until 26 October 2026 at 12:00 UTC+8. That converts to 04:00 UTC. In the UK, British Summer Time ends on 25 October, so the deadline is 4:00am GMT on Monday 26 October, not 5:00am.
Livestream codes are deliberately short-lived and can stop working as soon as the deadline passes. Redeeming them now is better than waiting until the final hour, particularly if the website is busy or account verification causes a delay.
How to redeem Genshin Impact codes online
- Open the official Genshin Impact code-redemption website.
- Sign in using the HoYoverse account connected to your game profile.
- Select the correct server and character nickname.
- Paste one code into the redemption field and confirm it.
- Repeat the process for the other two codes.
Successful rewards are sent through the in-game mail system. Make sure you select the same server used by your active character, because progress and mail are separate across regions.
How to redeem the codes in game
You can also enter the codes directly in Genshin Impact. Open the Paimon menu, choose Settings, then Account, and select Redeem Code. Enter each code separately and collect the rewards from your mailbox.
Code redemption normally requires Adventure Rank 10. New accounts that have not reached the requirement should progress through the opening quests first, but the short deadline means there is little room to delay.
Why is a Genshin code not working?
The code was entered incorrectly
Check spelling and capitalisation. “HourofRuin” and “PhotoTime” mix upper- and lower-case letters, while “ExpertMitya” contains no spaces. Pasting the code avoids easy typing mistakes.
The code was already redeemed
Each code can be claimed once per account. If HoYoverse reports that it has already been used, inspect the in-game mailbox before trying again.
The wrong account or server is selected
Players with multiple HoYoverse logins or regional characters can accidentally redeem against the wrong profile. Confirm the displayed nickname before submitting a code on the website.
The deadline has passed
Once 04:00 UTC on 26 October arrives, the three Version 7.2 livestream codes may return an expired message. Third-party lists are often left online after a code closes, so the official deadline matters more than the date shown on an older guide.
What did the Version 7.2 Special Program confirm?
HoYoverse announced that the Special Program would air on 23 October at 08:00 UTC-4 through the official Twitch and YouTube channels. The publisher subsequently posted the “Hour of Ruin” Version 7.2 trailer and the three reward codes. The existence of the codes, their rewards and the expiry time are therefore confirmed information rather than leaks.
Players should keep separate any speculation about future banners or unannounced reruns. Community predictions can change before the update is released and are not needed to claim this reward batch.
Are these codes worth redeeming?
Yes. Three hundred Primogems is a useful free contribution towards wishes, while Hero’s Wit, Mora and enhancement ore reduce the resource cost of levelling characters and weapons. The process takes only a few minutes, costs nothing and uses an official redemption channel.
Quick redemption checklist
Before closing the page, verify that all three confirmation messages appeared and then open Genshin Impact’s mailbox. Mail rewards can take a short time to arrive, so restart the game if necessary. Never share your HoYoverse password or one-time security codes with a seller, forum user or unofficial redemption service; legitimate code redemption requires only your own account session.
