A new Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Grapple Gun Weapon Charm code offer is live, but the claim window is short. The official Call of Duty Gear Shop says eligible orders placed from 7 October through 19 October 2026 receive a digital code for the exclusive in-game charm, while supplies last.
The promotion is also advertised on the EU Call of Duty Gear Shop, making it relevant to UK shoppers. There are several important restrictions, though: only marked products qualify, the code can take up to five days to arrive, and the reward is for Black Ops 7 only. This guide separates the confirmed terms from assumptions so you can avoid an ineligible order.
What is the Black Ops 7 Grapple Gun Charm?
The Grapple Gun Weapon Charm is an in-game cosmetic for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. It is supplied as a digital code after a qualifying merchandise purchase through the official Call of Duty Gear Shop. The US promotion page calls it the “Grapple Gun Weapon Charm,” while the EU store banner uses “Grapple Hook In-Game Weapon Charm”; both point to the same eligible-offer collection.
This is not a free code drop that can be claimed without a purchase. It is also not a weapon, attachment or gameplay upgrade. Weapon charms are cosmetic items attached to supported weapons, so the reward should not change damage, handling or progression.
Black Ops 7 Grapple Gun Charm offer dates
The detailed official terms list the promotion period as:
- Starts: 7 October 2026 at 1:00pm ET
- Ends: 19 October 2026 at 12:00pm ET
For UK readers, that scheduled closing time is 5:00pm BST on 19 October 2026. Do not leave the order until the final minutes: the offer is limited by available code stock and the store says it may be changed or cancelled. The purchase must be completed during the qualifying window.
How to get the Grapple Gun Weapon Charm code
- Use the official regional store. UK shoppers can start from the EU Call of Duty Gear Shop, which displays the Black Ops 7 code-offer banner and links to the Grapple Gun collection.
- Choose a product marked as eligible. The US terms say qualifying items are designated on the store and included in the Grapple Gun Charm collection. A product merely being Call of Duty merchandise does not guarantee eligibility.
- Complete the purchase before the deadline. Keep the order confirmation and use an email address you can access.
- Wait for the code email. Codes may be sent up to five days after purchase. Check spam and deleted folders before contacting support.
- Redeem through Call of Duty. Visit callofduty.com/redeem, sign in or create an Activision account, link the platform account you intend to use and submit the code.
The reward requires Black Ops 7, internet access, an active Activision account and an applicable platform account. The game is sold separately.
UK and EU checkout warning
The EU shop visibly promotes the offer, but shoppers should still confirm the “In-Game Content” label or other eligibility wording on the exact product page before paying. Currency selection and delivery location do not by themselves prove that an item qualifies. Save a screenshot of the product's offer badge and the order confirmation in case customer support needs evidence.
Code limits and delivery rules
The official terms set a limit of one code per eligible order and a maximum of three codes per household. Buying several qualifying items in one transaction should therefore not be treated as a way to receive several codes. Separate orders remain subject to the household cap.
Codes are delivered to the email address used at checkout and are described as non-replaceable if lost or stolen. The offer is for customers aged 18 or over, is available while supplies last and cannot be combined with other offers. These conditions make accurate checkout details and email access especially important.
How to redeem the Black Ops 7 charm
Go to the official Call of Duty redemption page and sign into the Activision account connected to your preferred platform. Enter the code exactly as supplied and submit it. A success message should confirm that the item has been applied to the account.
If the code is accepted but the charm does not appear, restart the game and confirm that the correct platform account is linked. For code or entitlement problems, use Activision Support; for a missing promotional email, contact the Call of Duty Gear Shop support team with the qualifying order number.
What the promotion does not include
The official page only confirms the Grapple Gun Weapon Charm. It does not promise Double XP, an Operator skin, a Calling Card or a weapon blueprint. Social posts or marketplace listings that bundle additional rewards should be checked independently.
CODSKINS carries other separate Black Ops 7 cosmetics and progression items, including the Pack-a-Punch Weapon Charm, the T.E.D.D Head Weapon Charm and 60-minute Dual XP codes. These products are not part of the official Gear Shop Grapple Gun promotion and should not be confused with its purchase requirements.
Is the Grapple Gun Charm offer worth it?
If you already planned to buy eligible Call of Duty merchandise, the charm is a useful bonus. Buying merchandise solely for the code is a different calculation: compare the item price, delivery cost and expected code-delivery time with how much you value one cosmetic charm. Because the code may take five days to arrive, the offer is not designed for instant redemption.
The safest route is straightforward: use the official regional store, select an item explicitly included in the offer, order before 5:00pm BST on 19 October and retain your records until the charm appears. For more verified code and reward updates, follow the CODSKINS gaming news and guides hub.
